1. Scope of Services
Techbuddy Australia provides a range of IT and computer-related services including:
- Computer & Laptop Repairs
- New Device Setup & Configuration
- Mac Repairs
- Data Recovery, Backup & Transfer
- Virus & Malware Removal
- Hardware Upgrades & Installation
- Business & Small Business IT Support
- Insurance Reports & Tech Training
All services are provided on a best-effort basis unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
2. Appointments & Onsite Visits
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by email. For onsite services, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time. A call-out fee may apply for home or business visits.
3. Service Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on repairs and services, typically valid for [insert duration, e.g., 30 or 90 days] from the date of service. This covers workmanship and any parts supplied by us.
The warranty does not cover:

Techbuddy Australia is not responsible for:
- Loss of income or business due to equipment failure or service delays
- Damage resulting from third-party hardware or software
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier issues, power outages)

Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information related to the service
- Allow reasonable access to devices or networks
- Not hold Techbuddy Australia liable for issues arising from hidden defects or pre-existing conditions
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute changes or no-shows, especially for onsite visits.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal or sensitive data shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or misuse your information.
